There are two sides, the people with hero abilites, and the people with villian abilities..

There's a dragon that can turn into a loli or turn into a *cough* more developed woman.
Pretty sure there's a red dragon/black dragon and a few more.
The prince is actually the black dragon
Hero is sort of a pervert, pretty sure there was one scene where he saw a figurine with a skirt then he tried to look up the skirt but the glass window blocked him.
The hero was trained by the red dragon anddd the red dragon will eat the hero so they'll never be seperated. (dragon fell in love with lee hero)

It started out with a guy who fell in loved with a girl he saw fighting in a competition on tv. He was a hot model/actor? He knew someone who knew her, got introduced and of course she hated him. But he still chases her. I can't recall if she was a boxer or martial artist, but she trained since she was a child, think she was a champion, her father really pushed her into the sport. Oh actually now I think of it I remember a scene I think where she was supposed to model clothing because of how popular she was in the sport, and maybe the guy owned the clothing line or was a model for it.

I'll try rewrite the description with more detail.

-It had a pretty refined art-style.
-It came out before 2010 but not that old.
-The Main Heroine is good at karate, she is former member of karate club and she is pretty good at it, but she quit because he didn't like violence or had a trauma about violence.
-The Main protagonist also in a karate club, he is in a close relationship with the main heroine and often protect her from harm because somehow she is targeted by others school.
-The story involve a lot of karate club from various school that often had a brawl with other club, there's a scene where a club held a duel to determine the new head of their club.

Driving me crazy! I read this manga maybe 7 or 8 years ago,

So i remember the main character is a young guy maybe 15-20? he and all the other characters have control of some power, theres a girl who can control fire and guy who can control metal and so forth. the MC can control light and time to some extent i think.

So parts i remember,

A child falls out of a window and the fire girl catches her and gets all the credit but it turns out he stopped her mid air somehow allowing the girl to catch her.

The metal guy is fighting and makes the shell thing around himself thats impenetrable

MC fights the fire girl and he can dodge all of her fire streams which no one else could do.

MC fighting someone and they have sensors on to mimic damage and the MC stops the sensor from working somehow
